first install †

1. click "setup.exe"
2. click "Next"
3. select "Install from Internet" and click "Next"
4. confirm that Root Directory is "C:/cygwin" and click "Next"
5. click "Next"
6. select Download Site (recomend "http://ftp.jaist.ac.jp") from Avairable Download Sites
7. [free to select packages that you want to install !]
8. wait a moment, it'll take about 15 miunites
9. follow direction from here
