According to somepage you can pop the NM by trading some kind of movolpos water to the writings on the walls. That is all I know though. Hope this helps! ^^

i would assume the latent is kicked in at 75% mp like most lvl 50 latent effects.

Anyone have one of these that can confirm how the latent works? And if so does it stack with herc ring refresh and or rdm refresh. would like to hear from someone who has one on how they work before i go busting my a$$ trying to get one.
