Kitchen of fishes ORIENTAL †

Placement, Feature †

There are the fish restaurant in neighborhood of my domitory. It serve delicious fish dishes, specialy tuna one.

Japanese like tuna very much. And my home town is famouse for tuna because of hurber. But this is the best fish restaurant. And It is very popular for other people.

Offering, Member †

I asked my female friend to go there that day. She consented to my offer and said that take her friend. So I ask my collegue and he said OK.

Reservation †

It has about twenty tables and eighty seats. I tried to make reservation just in case.

It called that restaurant, but I can't. Because the reserved table is limited.

So we had to go there without reservation

Waiting †

We went there at 7:00 p.m. but 9 groups already had waited for entering. We had to wait outside and tolerate cold ... After that, we waited for about 2 hours! It's crazy !

Eat and Drink †

We felt cold for a while in restaurant, but we start off beer.

There were whele meats. It is rare. We ate raw and with broiling over charcoal. It was rigid and difficult to bite but good taste.

Do you American eat whale ?

We ate sushi of fatly fresh of tuna. We Japanese prefer fat tuna to without fat one.

We ate albino(testis) and tuna with green onion in pod.

This restaurant is pure Japanese one. But pasta with crab is recommended dish for me.

Conclusion †

I let them to wait for 2 hours. But they satisfied for foods.
