The creation of the regiment †
The SAKURA regiment was made by three Japanese regiments, Zipang, HARAKIRI, TCstation, United together.(since 2006,10,08)
Perform a representative system, And a captain is not in a regiment from the start.

admin is chosen in a meeting of every three months by all members.
SAKURA is a regiment for all Japanese players.
non-Japanese are limited to the number, and only high skil.
SAKURA trains the player of the Japanese beginner and non-payer for quality improvement.
In SAKURA, there is a limit to the number of non-Japanese members for quality and the communication of the regiment.
And the non-Japanese member can join only the person that a skill is high.
SAKURA adopt switching system in PBC system.
On this account all the expert players can do the lead of the regiment.
And we train a new PBC positively.
Therefore there is ranker with the ability for leads more than 20 people in SAKURA.

Admin is the post in the substantial administration of the regiment.
As for admin, there are several people.

They are the existence that is lasting in a regiment, cannot be dismissed.
