Condition is Japanese speaker, at least be able to understand easy Japanese
About battle, we talk with easy english, so it doesnt bother u.

About MERC †
To MERC, u need to get permission with Council.
Period of MERC is in one week
Offer to BBC etc before on ahead.

III Rules about Unit etc in battle area †
There is not expressly prohibited particular ,be carefull to use unit at EG.
If it is over ur head, then select recommended unit n stat.
Compliance rules to operate unit †
Hero whose stats was Completed must keep lv max impact unit.
Keep max <3/4SETs>,<3/5SETs>,<4/6SETs>,<5/7SETs>,<6/8SETs>!
At EG, use unit which is appropiate to EG ( MAX impact unit)
If u want to have fun unit, u can only one sets, but dun use at EG.
@Example unit which is not appropiate to EG
Alb, sapper, app, condor, oizys n tat UGunit, beyond tat extreme low-lv unit(Basically use max unit at EG）

Basically EG starts from 4:00 in SE, Standard map
Basically EG starts from 8:00 in Vic.
Til tis time, operate unit to use max impact unit at EG.

割と最近ACT高めなんで、新人教育がんばります-_=
多分、これ前回のREINCについての反省あたりがいいぽいな。
前回のREINCの反省。23時前だと割りとバラバラ行動しているのが目立った。新人さん放置であっちこっちにうろついているのが見られた。ヒーローステータスのバランスはレジメントで比率良しになっていた感じがしたが、ユニット制限がうまいこと言っていなかったと思う。FPに持ってくるユニットやEGに持ってくるユニットの適正化をこれからしてきましょう。

If someone ever get separated, set down FP MAP or CAMP area as possible.
