国連プログラム

（１）なぜこのプログラムに参加しようと思いましたか。
私がこのプログラムに参加しようと思った理由は2つあります。 一つめの理由は、将来国際的な仕事について人々の生活に携わる仕事をしたいと考えているからです。 私は今在籍している大学院に入学して講義の単位を英語で取得したことを評価され、研究室のチューターを任されました。チューターとは日本語を話せない留学生の代わりに事務手続きをしたり、買い物に連れて行く係りのことです。私はチューターを任されたことで留学生と交流を持つようになり、国際的な仕事に興味を持つようになりました。私の将来の夢は、生まれも育ちも全く異なる人達と交流することで自分の知らない世界に触れると共に、世界中の人たちと強力して様々な問題に取り組み、問題が解決した後の新しい世界を作る事です。私はこのプログラムを通して国際活動の代表と言える国連の活動内容について知り、実際に働いている人の話を聞くことで国際社会を学ぶことで自分の夢の糧にしたいと考えています。 二つ目の理由は、このプログラムに参加することで、国際的に活動したいという意思を持つ仲間が作れると思ったからです。 現在、私の友人には国際社会に関わろうと考えている人は一人もいません。会社に言われたから赴任するという人達です。なので、私はこのプログラムに参加することで、自分から積極的に国際社会に関わろうという仲間を作りたいと考えています。 仲間がいることで、不安な時には弱音を吐け、時には愚痴を言ったり、上手くいったら喜びを分かち合うことができる。世界という大きな舞台で活動する以上仲間は必要不可欠です。 他にそういったメンタルの問題だけではなく、自分一人では気づくことのできないたくさんの視点から様々な事を考えることできたり、沢山の情報を得ることができます。 以上二つの理由から私はこのプログラムに参加することを決意しました。

(1)English There are two reasons why I have decided to participate this program. First reason is that I want to work involved in the lives of people in the future. I enrolled graduate school and I assigned tutor in my laboratory because I was evaluated that I took the lecture in English. Role of tutor is that going shopping with foreign students and filling out formal documents instead of that they can't use Japanese. I am interested in global working because I assigned tutor and got along with foreign students. My dream for future is that exchanging with people born and raised in different and making new world by tackling with people all over the world and seeing it . Thorough this program, I am thinking that I will want to know united nations as represent of global activity and listen story.Result in I will take closure me to my dream. Second reason, I promise that I will make the fellow acting actively to global society. My current friends don't hope to concern with global society as long as they will be conducted to transfer overseas by enterprise. In this reason, I want to make new friends hoping to concern with global society. If we have friends, we can speak weakness when we feel anxiety and we can complain and we can share our pleasure. Other than these mental problems, we can think various things from many perspective that I can't conceive alone and we can get a lot of information from friends. In these two reasons, I decide to participate this program.

（２）研修で学習したい課題について述べてください。
私は今回の研修で学習したい課題が二つあります。一つ目の課題は、私が国際問題に取り組む上での障害とその障害に打ち勝つためにこれから何をすれば良いのかを明確化することです。私は将来国連からではなく、企業から国際社会に関わりたいと考えています。国連ではなく企業から取り組む理由は、企業という組織は一般の人達にとって国連より身近な存在であるからです。身近な存在である企業から国際問題に取り組む事で、より人々の意識を国際問題に向けることができるのではないかと考えました。そのために、私は今国際社会が取り組んでいる国際問題について、そして国連や企業がそれらの問題を解決するためにどのような取り組みを行っているかについて学びたいと考えています。特に私はICT分野の人間なので、ICTを用いてどのように国際問題に取り組むかについて学びたいと考えています。そしてどうすれば良いかだけでなく、実際にはどのような障害があり、自分に何が不足しているのか、そしてそれらを解決するために自分はこれから何をすれば良いかを明確化することが今回の研修での私の課題の一つです。 二つ目の課題は、これから国際社会で働きそして国際問題に取り組んでいこうという覚悟を身につけることです。 今私には将来国際問題を解決したいという夢があります。しかし国際問題には国や個人の利害関係や人手・資金不足等、様々な理由があり解決は困難を極めると思います。夢だけでなく、全身全霊でこれらの問題に取り組んでいこうという覚悟が必要だと考えています。なので私は今回の研修で実際に国際問題に取り組んでいる人達から直面している困難や、味わった喜び・楽しさについて聞くことで自分が将来この世界で働いていきたいという意志を固めます。さらに、困難にはやりがいを持って取り組める人間になる事が今回の研修での私の二つ目の課題です。
国連に行き、国連の人と話す意義。これだけでは国際問題について調べただけでもOKになってしまう。 実際に取り組んでいる人に会える。文字上では分からないことが分かる。実際に問題に取り組むとはどういうことか。

専門外である国際問題、経済等多角的な視点を得ると共にICT技術から捉える国際問題について考えたいと思います。 特に、その問題がなぜ発生するのかに調べたいと考えています
(2)English I have two tasks through this program. First task is that I will clarify the obstacles for tackling global problems and procedure for overcome these obstacles. I am thinking that I will concern with global problems from enterprise not United Nations. The reason why I concern with global problems is that enterprise is familiar for public peoples than United Nations. I will tackle global problems from a familiar presence and I can turn to the global problems of consciousness of people. To do so, I want to learn global problems tackled in global society and efforts to solve these problems by enterprise and United Nations. In particular, I want to learn to tackle global problems by using ICT technology because I specialized field of ICT technology. To clarify what kind f obstacle, what is lacking to me and what I have to do to solve these is my first task. The second task is making up my mind to work in global society and tackle global problems. I have the dream to solve global problems. But solving global problems is very difficult because there are many obstacles for example stake, shortage of money. Not only dream, I think that I need to make up my mind to tackle with full force. So I will make up my mind to work in this world in future by listening problems that they are facing and pleasure that they felled from people that tackling global problems. And I will be human that can tackle obstacles with challenging. These are second task.

（３）このプログラムに参加することによりどのような成果を期待しますか。
また、このプログラムで学んだことを今後にどう活かしていきたいか、加えて石川県へどういった貢献ができるか述べてください。

私はこのプログラムに期待する成果は二つあります。一つ目はこのプログラムに参加する事で自分が将来国際社会で働くためのきっかけとなる事です。具体的には将来企業に勤め始めた時に、このプログラムに参加した事を上司から評価され勤めている企業で国際的な仕事を任される様になる事です。 二つ目は自分に自信を持てるようになることです。このプログラムを通して自分に自信をつけることで、自分の夢を明確な自分の意志とし、行動に移せる人間になることを期待しています。明確な意志に基づいて行動することで、国際社会で活躍できると考えています。 私はこのプログラムで学んだことを活かして定点観測の習慣をつけたいと考えています。定点観測とは一定期間変化の事象を観察・調査することです。対象の変化を観測し、その変化がもたらす影響について考察を行います。この習慣を身につけることで、将来仕事を行う上で有効な判断基準を持つことにつながると考えています。この定点観測を行う上で、一番重要なのは何を観測するかということです。観測の対象は国連や国際社会に関する知識と、国際社会で働いている人達からの話から決定したいと考えています。 私はこの石川県の国際化を推進したいと考えています。具体的には学生の国際社会への興味を湧きたてることで国際化推進に貢献したいと考えています。 そのためには自分たちの生活と国際社会の問題や変化がどのように関わっているのかを知ってもらうことが重要だと考えています。自分の生活との関係性が分からないと一般の学生は興味を持ってくれないからです。なので、私は学生の生活と関係ある事柄をSNSや日常の会話の中で伝えていきたいと考えています。国際社会の一部に過ぎない事ですが、一部を知ることで国際社会全体に学生が興味を持ってくれる様になり、石川県の国際化が進んでくれればと願っています。

I promise two results in this program. First result, I promise that this program will be opportunity to work in global society. In detail, when I will start to work in a enterprise, I will be evaluated that I have participated this program and will be assigned global working in enterprise that I will be working. Second result, Through this programs, I promise that I will get confidence in myself, and my dream is going to be my will, and I will be able to act based in my will by getting confidence in myself . I am thinking that if I am going to act based in specific will, I can flourish in global society. I will acquire a habit of fixed point observation by taking advantage of the thing that you have learned in this program. Fixed point observation is to check event of change in fixed period. I will observe change of target and influence of change and I will think about it. I think that To acquire this habit lead to get effective gauge in future work. For acting fixed point observation, it is important to chose what. I think that Observation of target will be decided from knowledge about United Nations and stories from people working in global society. I want to contribute to promotion of globalization of ISIKAWA prefecture. In detail, I will stimulate the interest of students to global society. To do so, to know about relationship between our living and global society's problems and changes is important. Normal students will not be interested in there is no relationship in my life. So I spread affairs related to student's living in SNS and talking in daily. these are only a part of global society. but I hope that to know a part lead to be interested in the whole of global society.
