　英語の方はかなりたくさんあります。

Bayesian Data Analysis. Andrew Gelman他編 CRC（Chapman&Hallが合併された） 論文集です。

Applied Bayesian Modelling. Peter Congdon John Wiley & Sons Inc (2003)

Markov Chain Monte Carlo in Practice. W. R. Gilks 他編 Chapman&Hall（1995） 論文集です。

Hierarchical Modelling for the Environmental Sciences : Statistical methods and applications James Samuel Clark＆Alan E. Gelfand 編 Oxford Univ Press (2006) 最初の数章がとくに階層ベイズの入門向けの内容になっています。分担執筆した教科書と論文集の間くらいの本です。約200ページ。
